Game Night

The girls cheered for the Boys’ A team tonight. Sadly the score was 51 to 34, but the cheerleaders were great!

Battleship Texas

We toured the Battleship Texas (https://tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/battleship-texas) today. It was commissioned in 1914 and at that time it was the toughest weapon in the world. It was quite interesting. 

Lunch

We are on the east side of Houston today. We went to Jimmy Changas for lunch. Since we don't go to sit down restaurants very often (without others), I took a few pictures. the food was delicious. 

San Jacinto Monument

We toured the San Jacinto Monument (https://www.sanjacinto-museum.org/Monument/) today. Lexi will get extra credit if she writes about this for Social Studies. Jordan used the visit for the citizenship in the nation merit badge.

Thanksgiving with Family

Thanksgiving is always fun when family gathers together. This year, we were lucky to have everyone here. We had friends join us as well. My house is little, so I reserved the church. They kids were able to play basketball, volleyball, watch movies, play board games, etc. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the food was really good. 

Afternoon at Papa’s

We went to Papa Malcolm's house today. He fed us and we hung out. It was nice to have everyone together and for the kids to get to know Jackson.
