Lexi has been talking about ice skating since she was two. Papa and Grandma thought it would be a great activity right before Christmas. Papa lived in Canada for quite a while and taught his kids how to skate. He agreed to help Lexi. It has been twelve years since I went rollerblading and probably about 15 since I tried ice skating. We talked about the different rinks near us and decided that the one at the Hotel Del would be best. Besides, visiting the shops and cafes are great way to spend the day too. After lunch, Lexi and Papa rented some skates and had a great time as you can see in the pictures and videos.
