A few days ago, a friend from church called and asked me if we would mind dog-sitting for them for 10 days. She told me about their little wiener dog that doesn't shed and mostly sits around doing nothing. Tootie Fruity is about 7 years old. I had mixed feelings, but decided to say yes because it would be a nice thing to do and because it would make my kids VERY happy. I also have a LOT of work and another playmate would be good. Tootie Fruity (aka Toots) was dropped off today and is already a huge hit with the kids, especially Lexi.
