School was cancelled today because of the flooding rains. It is horrible in Houston, but out here in the suburbs, we were ok. It was actually a nice day. The kids and I walked to their school so they could play outside. Thankfully, swim team was not cancelled. The kids needed more exercise. Plus, Lexi needed to be timed so they can know where to place her in the upcoming swim meet. She missed the practice meet, so this was a make-up.
